Easy Keto Blueberry Smoothie

Easy Keto Blueberry Smoothie

This Easy Keto Blueberry Smoothie is packed with antioxidants, keeps you full for hours and tastes fantastic! The traditional smoothies are loaded with fruits that contain high sugar levels. Blueberries – and other Berries, on the other hand, are low-glycemic options to enrich and give flavour to your smoothies, resulting in a low-sugar high-flavour option.

This Keto Smoothie is delicious and easy to make for your breakfast or afternoon snack; it contains many vitamins and fibres, which will boost your metabolism and increase energy levels and keep you full for a long time.

Health benefits and micronutrients

Blueberries provide an excellent source of antioxidants that definitely “mop” up the free radicals caused by oxidative stress (exercise).

Ingredients You’ll Need to Make This Easy Keto Blueberry Smoothie.

Isopure Zero Carb Protein Powder (Vanilla or unflavoured)
You can use any kind of protein if it’s sugar-free and has a low carb content. I like Isopure because it’s isolated protein and nothing extra added.

MCT Oil
MCT Oil is a keto diet staple, as you can put it in smoothies, coffee, salads, veggies, etc. It’s a great addition to any diet when you want to have a quick source of energy.

Blueberries frozen or fresh
Both frozem or fresh Blueberries will work the same, except that the frozen one will give your smoothie slushier.

Unsweetened almond milk
You can buy or make your own Almond Milk at home. I prefer homemade almond milk with no doubt, it tastes better, it’s thicker and of course, healthier with no BS added.

Possible Substitutions

MCT Oil – If you don’t have any MCT oil, that’s totally fine, you can replace this with coconut oil, or any fat you like.

Blueberries – You can add that any berry will work (blackberry, raspberry, strawberry) and have a similar carbohydrate content.

Milk Alternatives – You can use a diversity of unsweetened “milk” like almond milk, unsweetened coconut milk, etc. Find milk you like, and use that.

Keto Blueberry Smoothie

Antioxidants help destroy free radicals that are responsible for destroying healthy cells.
Walnuts are full of brain-boosting fats and those two ingredients combined with fatty coconut milk and vanilla make for a delicious combination.
