You may probably have heard about the law of attraction and its benefits. Today I will explain what it is and some techniques to manifest it.

You are the owner of your destiny. Positive or negatives thoughts will bring positives or negative experiences in your life. The universe is perfect, cause and consequence; you will receive what you are projecting to yourself.

Our mind is an unknown powerful tool, and the new thoughts of philosophy believe that our thoughts can influence our lives directly, attracting what we are wishing or thinking.

You can think, “if I want to be a millionaire, I will win the next lottery…” We know that life is not so simple like this. However, if you believe in it and work for it, the universe will arrange things in ways that connect you to achieve your goal.

Everything is Connected

Everybody heard at least once in life about the Big Bang theory what was the start of the universe and everything which consists of this infinity matter. It means that all is connected is somehow, and all belong to the same thing in a certain way. In simple words, everything contains the same energy. I’m using the word energy, which can easily be substituted by the word God, depends on your belives.

The butterfly effect is an idea that a small change can make much bigger changes happen; It is an analogy where the flapping of a butterfly’s wings in one continent can cause a tornado in another continent.

The same will happen in your life when you start to see only the good or bad things about a situation. You will attract people with the same kind of energy, which may cause a tornado in your life, changing it drastically according to your thoughts.

Life is a roller coaster; we are continually having up and down moments. Your life will flow smoothly when you figured out that a complicated moment is just a precursor of the next unbelievable high energy moment that is coming.

These changes not necessary will change the world; something small things are more valuable, like a smile or simply wake up feeling fabulous.

No matter what are yours believes; God, Magic or Science in somehow everything is connected, and once you understand how to lead with them, you will be able to achieve your goals.

Who Are You?

Have you ever asked yourself, who are you? Most people just exist and live without be a part of the world, living like robots without really enjoy the gift to be alive. The first step in being connected with the all is understanding who you are. Once you figured out your strengths and weakness, you will be able to ask the right questions and get the correct answers. It is not mean that you will obtain a precise solution, but you will be able to lead with the situation.

Bellow, I will be introducing you to the 5 manifestation techniques to start practicing the law of attraction. You don’t need to do all of them at the same time, feel free to start for one that you will feel more comfortable.

1.Be Grateful

The first thing is to be grateful for everything you have, understand who you are and be proud of it. Something simple to do, but so complicated at the same time. After getting into your life, start to notice the little things that happen around you. Be grateful for everything; the sound of birds, the sun at your window, even the air you are breathing, even for bad things that happen. Remember; The secret of life is to learn to get up because everyone will fall many times in life.

Keep in your mind that good vibes attract good vibes, it is an infinity looping of love.

2.Goals Setting

What are your goals? Writing down what you expected to do for the day, week , year for make them more real.

If you intend to change your job starting in defining what will be necessary to achieve this objective. Since what skills you need to improve until creating a routine for job searching

3.Visualize

Imagine yourself doing or obtaining what you want every single day, all day long. As much you connect yourself to the universe, you will be closer to get what you wish.

The dream board can be used to help you in visualize your dream. The book “The Secret” explains in the details how to create a dream board and visualize what you want.

4.Meditation

Sometimes we need to stop and figured out what is happening. Meditate will put you in a state of relaxation and connect you with your higher self. Freeing your mind of all thought letting new thoughts or points of view coming.

5.Goals vs Habits

Usually, achieve a goal is related to creating or changing habits. It is not an easy thing once we are conditioned to do the same thing every day. What can help us to start a new practice? Simple, breaking the routine. I know, looks likes I’m crazy, but I’ll explain. If you intend to begin to meditate, for example, prepare a place in your house to do it. Think about how to organize that spot, imagining yourself practicing yoga, listening to music or the birds outside, the smell of plants surrounding you. Once you set the “new” place will simplify to add a new habit in your routine because you already changed and visualized it.
